Job title: Product Manager - Strategic Propositions & Delivery

Location: Chester / Leeds / Halifax / Bristol

Hours: Full-Time

Working pattern: Hybrid, spending at least two days per week, or 40% of time in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the Consumer Lending teams with a goal to transform how we engage and serve customers using propositions including Your Credit Score (YCS) and new Data Products.

In Customer Affordability & Data we lead on three areas: helping customers understand how much they can sustainably borrow regardless of product or channel; redefining how we assess affordability and eligibility across products and journeys; and developing data capabilities across products to better understand and serve customers.

In this role, you will work with internal and external partners to transform product and channel journeys, help customers understand what they can sustainably borrow, and create seamless, data-driven customer experiences.

Launched in Sep 2021, YCS now has over 11m registered users. Our 2025 vision is to educate and empower customers with information and tools at moments of truth, leading in personalisation and eligibility. 6 million customers have provided Income & Expenditure information to support data-led personalised interactions.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first in a team focused on improving customer experience and redefining how we assess affordability.
• Collaborate with credit risk, platforms, data and product teams to identify ways to improve customer experience, using insights and market trends to meet regulatory and consumer needs.
• Take ideas from conception to end-customer delivery, delivering against goals, unblocking issues, and using technology and data to achieve excellent outcomes.

What you'll need

• Experience in product or journey design and using data and technology to help customers.
• Ability to engage and influence across the organisation and externally to make an impact for customers and the business.
• Experience delivering against bold plans, analysing performance drivers and acting on insights with data-led recommendations.
