Product Manager – FinTech Scale-Up

London or Remote (UK-based)

We’re looking for TWO sharp, driven and user-obsessed Product Manager to join a high-growth fintech scaling across the globe

You’ll own your product stream end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimisation – all of it. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to build products that make a real difference to people’s lives.

You’ll be:

• Defining and delivering the roadmap for your product area
• Driving adoption, retention and growth through data-informed decisions
• Collaborating with design and engineering to create beautiful, seamless user experiences
• Owning KPIs, OKRs, and bringing clarity to complex user and business problems
• Getting hands-on – from ideation to launch and beyond

You’ll need:

• Good product experience (fintech or mobile-first consumer preferred)
• A sharp eye for UX and a love for data
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing many hats
• Solid communication and storytelling skills – you'll be presenting to senior leadership often
• A passion for building simple solutions to complex problems
