Overview
Product Manager role at Mad Devs LLC, focused on customer-facing and solutions-oriented product management for Enji.ai.
About Enji
Enji.ai is an AI-powered project intelligence platform that creates a unified context of all company projects by integrating data from task trackers, code repositories, messaging tools, and other workflow systems to eliminate management routine by 60%.
Role and Mission
You will go beyond writing specs to be the living expert and strategic partner for customers and internal teams — guiding discovery, shaping complex features, and ensuring adoption that delivers real, lasting value. Your mission is to maximize the value customers get from Enji by diving deep into their business processes, uncovering hidden needs, and ensuring complex features are delivered and adopted. You will own three interconnected streams:
- Demo & Discovery with leads — uncover pains, shape value arguments, and feed insights into a shared knowledge bank
- Specs — deliver complex features and customizations; write PRDs, manage trade-offs, and push features through to release
- Adoption & Value with existing clients — collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption, reveal usage patterns, and anticipate future pains
Responsibilities
- Demo & Pre-Sales: Run demos and discovery calls with prospects. Capture insights into a growing knowledge base and translate them into testable hypotheses
- Feature Shaping & Delivery: Turn client needs into clear PRDs and roadmaps. Balance trade-offs, align stakeholders, and push features to completion
- Client Adoption & Continuous Discovery: Partner with CS to analyze product usage, identify adoption patterns, and proactively drive value for each client
- Dogfooding & Expertise: Use Enji daily (Agent, Summarizer, Dashboards, Standups, Worklogs). Know its limits and suggest step-by-step improvements
- Operational Support: Step in where things break. We are a startup — flexibility and hands-on help are part of the job
- Coordination & Synchronization: Keep roadmaps, responsibilities, and commitments aligned across teams. Ensure transparent documentation of all decisions and agreements
Our Expectations (Qualifications)
- Product Management: 3+ years in B2B SaaS as PM/PO. Experience across the full feature lifecycle, from hypothesis to delivery to post-release analysis
- Pre-Sales / Demo: Experience demoing to enterprise clients, identifying business context and mapping pains to product value
- Customer Experience (CX): Strong understanding of the client lifecycle, experience working with CS to drive engagement and collect feedback
- Technical Literacy: Solid grasp of software development processes, Agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, etc.), system architecture basics, technical debt, DevOps, and dependencies. You don’t code, but you speak the developers’ language
- Hypothesis Generation: Skilled at creating and testing product hypotheses through HADI cycles, and turning validated ideas into actionable specs
- LLM Power User: Comfortable using multiple AI models for brainstorming, routine automation, and advanced prompt/context engineering
- Language proficiency: English at C1 level, Russian at B2 level
Why Join Us
At Enji.ai, you won’t just manage backlogs — you’ll shape the way enterprises experience our product. You’ll stand at the intersection of clients, tech, and strategy, with the freedom to push boundaries and the responsibility to deliver impact.
