Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. This role requires balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define success metrics.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor product performance and iterate to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with user experience design and technical concepts is a plus.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are advantageous.
