We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and user-centricProduct Managerto own product development and work with the VP of Technology and current company founders in the FuzionX portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with our founders with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to build products that solve real problems and deliver measurable impact.

In serving as a technical force, responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company and co-build goals
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements using data, research, and stakeholder input
• Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products on time
• Drive product launches and coordinate cross-functional implementation, including go-to-market planning
• Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform continuous improvement
• Act as the voice of the customer, championing user experience at every stage of development
• Manage product backlog and ensure consistent prioritization aligned with business objectives
• Creating and contributing to documentation from user needs to product architecture
• Brand building on-line and at conferences and events

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (including May 2025 graduates)
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management and UX
• Good understanding of Software Engineering best practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Miro, or similar
• Understanding and expertise in cloud architecture, AI/ML, SaaS and data infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience with customer-facing situations and advocating for customer needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

This position is designated as hybrid in the Boston, MA area. You will work remote to start and for the majority of the time, and will meet in the office semi-regularly a few times a week for in-person meetings.
