What you’ll do

The role is focused on leveraging data to drive business outcomes in line with our Data and AI strategy. You will promote and increase the execution of customer data use cases and raise awareness of customer data available to the business. You will champion the use of quality core customer data in use cases across analytics, data science and AI. You will represent and define business outcomes in master data management and data collaboration initiatives. You will own and manage a portfolio of data domains and diverse stakeholder groups. You will lead the management of products with a high level of autonomy that supports the delivery of our data strategy and value generation.

Who you are

• Passionate about delivering outcomes through data
• Ability to ruthlessly prioritise to deliver the highest value for the business, while developing strong partnerships with business stakeholders
• Able to navigate complex projects and initiatives, bringing people together through distilling the complicated into the simple
• Have strong experience and understanding of a variety of data initiatives
• You will be delivering on a backlog of crucial deliverables to leverage our data assets to fuel the growth of M&S
