Full Time / Hybrid Working – 3 Days office & 2 days WFH
Location: Coalville
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
12 Month fixed term contract with potential to review!
Basic Salary: £35,000.00 to £50,000.00 Per Annum PLUS Bonus

An opportunity has risen for a technical specialist to join a FANTASTIC BRAND AND GROUP within the construction industry as a Product Manager and support the Technical team and Technical Manager. This is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term contract with a view to review.
As a Product Manager, You Will Be Responsible For
- Carrying out some aspects of the role as a Draughtsperson from existing 2D design Templates to their 3D Modelling software as a Product Manager
- Collaborating with the Technical Team ensuring all products are in line with customer requirements
- Working in line with budgets assigned to the Design department as a Product Manager
- Ensuring tasks are processed in line with deadlines for manufacture and SLA's
- Managing the R&D of new products, the design and creation of manufacturing drawings and BOM as a Product Manager
- Managing projects and contributing to reports as the Product Manager
- Other ad hoc related tasks as required as the Product Manager
ESSENTIAL Requirements As a Product Manager
- Experience as a Product Manager or CAD Draughtsperson OR Design Technician, ideally from a Manufacturing OR Engineering background
- Experience of using Business Central Microsoft Dynamics 365
In addition, as a Product Manager it is highly desirable you are and have:
- Performance and results driven as a Product Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues
