Base Location:Reading, Havant, Glasgow and Perth

Salary:£58,100 - £87,100 + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

This role ensures that ServiceNow investments deliver measurable business outcomes by aligning platform capabilities with strategic priorities. Acting as the key liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and the platform team, the role blends customer success, portfolio coordination, and governance expertise.

You will

• Build strong relationships with ServiceNow product owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption and facilitate value reviews to track ROI and identify improvements.
• Coordinate across modules to ensure alignment and avoid duplication.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and design standards.
• Align roadmaps and initiatives with enterprise strategy and user needs.

You have

• Solid experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or Service Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Service Design, and digital portfolio management.
• (Preferred) ServiceNow certifications and experience with SaaS adoption or portfolio management.
