Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Product Owner to manage and drive the continuous improvement of our public-facing web and app products (built in React Native).

As a Lead PO, you will own and run the strategy, design, development, and delivery of these high-impact products. You’ll work closely with our VPs of Product, Design, and Engineering, engineers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver ongoing improvements based on data and evidence of need. You’ll navigate complexity, balancing business and stakeholder needs while ensuring a great user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Drive user-centred design, ensuring meaningful data collection and meeting real user needs.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers, making informed technology decisions and prioritising work.

• Work with compliance colleagues to ensure products are safe, ethical, accessible, and data handling is compliant.

• Lead stakeholder management and communication, fostering efficient collaboration across the business.

• Manage competing priorities and navigate complexity confidently.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior or lead product owner or manager, managing and improving live products.

• Exceptionally organised, with a track record of technical delivery.

• Strong background in user-centred design and agile product development.

• Experience in entertainment, info-tainment, or education tech is a plus.

• Experience launching an AI product is a plus.

• Knowledge of the UK health system and/or experience in healthtech is a plus.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2-3 days/week in our London office).
