Our product range includes services such as Fraud Self Service, Diary Management, and Workforce Planning, designed to create seamless experiences for customers and improve colleague efficiency. Over the next few years, we’ll roll out pioneering solutions across Knowledge Management, Complaints, Mortgage Journeys, and Back-Office improvements, while strengthening core platforms such as Appointment Booking and PEGA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our products, enhance customer value, and deliver smarter, data-driven solutions. Role Purpose
Seeking individuals excited to transform customer and colleague outcomes using the latest technologies. You’ll create and articulate a product vision and turn this into reality through agile delivery. You’ll support diverse groups of people, ensuring accountability, and excel at working with diverse individuals to navigate uncertainty and achieve results.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a feature team to reimagine the Moment of Truth Journey across Bereavement and Power of Attorney. This includes managing and reporting to senior stakeholders up to Exec level, leading the team to plan and execute agile delivery, ensuring governance, shaping the roadmap and vision for a set of products, providing input on prioritisation based on customer demands, and helping the team understand and remove blockers.
You’ll be accountable for delivery of product outcomes, working with your team and across other platform labs and third parties. You’ll partner with Customer Journey Managers, Engineers, Lead Product Managers, and dependent Platforms to bring features to life.
What You’ll Need
- A strong grounding in Product Management and Agile Methodology with proven experience across multiple products.
- Ability to create a clear product strategy using internal and external insight and data.
- Strong track record of delivering scalable solutions with measurable objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams, partners and third-party suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills with evidence of influencing up to senior Executive level.
Experience / Nice to Have
- Experience of delivering AI products or ability to demonstrate understanding of the technology.
- People management skills; leading and coaching others as part of the role.
Additional Experience
- Experience of business and/or IT change delivery; proficient with JIRA, Jira Align and Confluence.
- Experience of working with geographically distributed software teams or partners (e.g., TCS or other external vendors).
- Growth mindset and commitment to personal development opportunities.
- Curiosity to adopt new ways of working and to incorporate agile practices.
