We are looking for a Product Owner for a major broadcasting/streaming client. The role sits within the Content Supply Technology team and is focused on video asset fulfilment for downstream partners, supporting both linear and streaming platforms. As a Product Owner, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team, responsible for building, running, and integrating products that manage processing and delivery of content. This includes managing the product backlog and roadmap, working closely with business and operational stakeholders, software engineers, and suppliers.

Up to 12 month contract (Hybrid working).

• Experience working as a Product Owner
• Experience working on a supply chain within the media and entertainment industry, processing media for linear and VOD services.
• Familiarity with video and Access Services terminology
• An understanding of content workflows for streaming services
• Experience in product management or a related field such as analysis or delivery
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience building software products or integrating with SaaS products and prioritising competing objectives to gain consensus
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations and reports tailored to diverse audiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to align with strategic goals, ensuring features are validated and built efficiently
• Standardise the approach to logging and managing support tickets related to video asset fulfilment
• Manage the ongoing product roadmap as part of the wider team, prioritising features based on potential value to customers and business
• Work closely with other product managers in asset ingest & management and related domains on shared objectives
• Organise, monitor, and improve relationships with stakeholders
