The Product Owner is critical to that ambition.
What’s it all about?
Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, the Product Owner is an integral member of the digital team. You will use your knowledge of Product Management to ensure consistency across all digital platforms, being the voice of the customer and driving key change through the business, all of which are aligned with our user needs and expectations.
In addition you will act as the key point of contact with stakeholders, define the product vision, road-map and growth opportunities, research and understand the market and lead the scrum team ensuring the team plan and prioritise product feature backlogs and development.
You’ll assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy, lead on planning of product releases and provide an active role in mitigating impending impacting successful team completion.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be a seasoned Product Owner confident working in an agile environment abreast with best practices and new trends.
You will have proven experience in a technical role with a strong background in web development, CSS and JavaScript, writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, A/B testing platforms and working with/managing external stakeholders including agencies.
Drive the success of Travelodge’s current and future digital assets from a customer and company perspective - Web, mobile and physical. Working closely with other core parts of the digital team; as well as other closely affiliated areas (revenue, sales, IT, Customer Services). You will contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy, identifying opportunities for data-driven product enhancements and innovations. You will also offer technical guidance to the Digital team, leveraging your background to assist in technical decision-making and provide insights.
