Here at evoke, as the voice of the customer, you will feel passionately about the customer’s experience. You will own the product from end to end while collaborating with various areas of the business, bringing everyone together on one common goal to ensure that we provide the best customer experience possible.

In this role you will take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, translating customer needs, commercial value, and business goals into professionally written documentation. You will work with Design and Technology to ensure the product meets the high standard of customer experience we aim for. You will be part of an agile development team, maintaining an actionable and prioritized product backlog and participating in customer research, requirement sessions, scoping, design planning, and customer testing.

What you will be doing

  • Define, manage, and lead your product from ideation through to delivery aligned with the overall product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Customer Research, Design and Data to analyze customer requirements and align them with strategic goals.
  • Break down initiatives, problem statements, or feature requests into actionable pieces of work with maximal value and alignment to the strategy.
  • Manage, prioritise, and set the product backlog to guide the development team; oversee all stages of development and keep stakeholders aligned to the product vision.
  • Act as the primary liaison between all stakeholders, teams, and departments; ensure clarity on updates, remove blockers, and track business deliverable commitments.
  • Work with the Product function to ensure product alignment across the company.

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner in an Agile team
  • Technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects; effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills; a creative thinker who can identify issues and simplify them for others
  • Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a development team, with a collaborative approach to designers, developers and engineers; appreciation for great design and user experiences
