Overview

Join Sage as a Production Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work with the Global Video Production (GVP) team to coordinate the flow of video content, ensure timely delivery, and support system usage.

Base pay range

Production Analyst – 12 month fixed-term contract - £40,370 - £43,000

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for all incoming work in the department and understand project requirements.
• Publish video products on launch dates and track assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse metrics and share findings.
• Lead adoption, migration, and integration of new systems, representing process needs to technology partners.
• Perform user acceptance testing in collaboration with technology teams.
• Lead indexing and transcription vendors.
• Support the GVP team and video requesters on systems usage.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about the production cycle with an interest in digital content.
• Strong administrator with a passion for data, analysis and reporting to drive progress towards production milestones.
• Proficient in Excel, particularly with formulas and functionalities like VLOOKUP, nested IF functions, data validation, and pivot tables.
• Experienced in data collection and visualization with knowledge of Power BI and XML.
• Detail oriented and able to deliver outstanding content in line with product goals and launch dates.
• A collaborative problem solver who can form relationships and partner with teams to propose solutions when issues arise.
• Curious and open to asking questions and sharing ideas to streamline processes.
