We are looking for a Production Manager to lead an engineering function with a key client based in Southampton. You will be working on cutting edge Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and Remotely Operated Vehicles to deliver services to high end clients all over the world! This position is a hugely important role that has stemmed from business growth and will be integral to the build, integration and delivery of the company's high performing AUVs and ROVs. The role offers excellent career progression into senior leadership teams and a clear path to success.

Qualifications

• Proven career history in Production Management, specifically in AUV, ROV, Maritime, Subsea, Robotic Systems environments.
• Deliver AUV and ROV builds and integrations to agreed time scales.
• Supply chain coordination.
• High quality standards and budget management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure production activities are executed successfully.
• Supervision and management of technicians and contractors accordingly.
• Risk awareness and progress reporting.
• Cross discipline experience with mechanical, electrical, marine systems or naval architecture.
• High levels of stakeholder management with clients, contractors and leadership team.

Current or previous SC Clearance is a bonus, but you must be eligible.
