Professional Indemnity Associate Solicitor – Bristol

The role

• Defending professional indemnity claims (finance professionals, solicitors, insurance brokers)
• Advising on financial lines, W&I, marine, reinsurance and cyber risks
• Handling complex policy coverage matters
• Drafting and advising on insurance advisory agreements

You’ll advise an enviable client base including leading insurers and major brokers. The team is known for its commercial approach, giving you the chance to build trusted relationships with key clients while also developing your own profile in the market.

What experience is required?

• 5+ PQE
• Strong defendant professional indemnity background
• Client-facing confidence, sound judgment and strong project management skills
