The Professional Services Consultant plays an integral role in the services organization and acts as a customer-facing representative. The role involves ensuring the company's products are implemented effectively within customer organizations to meet or exceed expectations regarding the solution’s technical and business benefits.
This role requires a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with strong technical and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted advisor status. Travel to and work from customer sites is essential as needed.
- Maintain current technical expertise and best practice knowledge to implement and operate all Nexthink products at an advanced level during project implementations.
- Install and configure Nexthink solutions according to the agreed design and deliver all relevant technical project outputs.
- Implement all technical aspects of service delivery to the required quality standards.
- Educate and empower customers to fully adopt and benefit from the solution.
- Understand customer requirements to advise and implement suitable Nexthink solutions in line with industry best practices.
- Commit to customer satisfaction and building references.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and partners.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to community forums by posting articles and sharing knowledge.
Minimum qualifications include over 5 years of experience in a software consulting role, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of IT operations and ITIL. Exposure to Digital Transformation projects, especially end-user related, is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications is required; MacOS experience is a plus. Experience with Cloud deployments (architecture, security, APIs) and awareness of industry standards and regulations (ISO27k, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST) are desirable. The candidate must be quick to learn new technologies, possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be fluent in English and French.
