Part of the Bellrock Group - Concerto is seeking three Professional Services Consultants. The Concerto software platform is a recognized brand that helps organizations transform and streamline their asset and property management information and related business processes. Our Professional Services Consultants are experts in the Concerto platform, deploying it to meet industry best practices and maximize customer value. As a commercially focused organization, we expect our Consultants to successfully implement solutions within agreed timeframes, managing customer expectations and budgets throughout each phase. Additionally, Consultants act as the voice of the customer, helping shape our product strategy and roadmap, playing a crucial role in our business's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct demonstration and consulting sessions (phone and in-person), documenting meeting minutes
  • Document and validate customer requirements, mapping them to Concerto functionality, and producing clear specification documents
  • Advise customers on best practice implementation approaches using industry knowledge of CAFM/IWMS software
  • Plan, manage, and communicate project progress, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum
  • Set and manage customer expectations regarding scope, timeline, responsibilities, governance, risks, and organizational readiness
  • Maintain project financial forecasts and budgets
  • Present and manage sign-off of key milestones and deliverables
  • Configure the Concerto application to meet documented requirements and oversee data mapping exercises
  • Attend internal project meetings, providing status updates
  • Provide follow-up consulting and assistance, utilizing domain knowledge and specialists when necessary
  • Serve as a go-to resource for functional areas for internal and external users
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and respond to feedback
  • Assist Business Development with presales activities, including gap analysis and product demonstrations
  • Create detailed specification documentation for system customization
  • Support project management activities, including documentation, risk management, and budget oversight

Candidate Requirements:

  • (Desirable) 3 years’ experience in property/asset-related industry
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering software implementations
  • Proven ability to translate client requests into specifications
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology
  • Experience in process mapping and organizational change management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of software implementation methodologies
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead workshops and sessions
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Effective communicator with clear articulation

Working Arrangements:

We embrace flexible working practices, allowing employees to work hours that suit their roles and needs. The role offers work from any of our offices (Liverpool, Leicester, or London) with two days a week onsite and the rest remote. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
