Volunteer Program Instructors– Tech Education Program (Remote)

Henkolu Group is seeking passionate and experienced Volunteer Program Instructors to join our remote team. This role presents a unique opportunity to empower underserved youth (ages 11-25) across the EMEA region through hands-on tech and business education. As a volunteer, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven organisation and potentially gain an equity stake in our future success.

• Ages 11–18: Early tech exposure and digital literacy
• Ages 18–25: Deeper learning that develops ownership, leadership, and accountability

We are committed to bridging opportunity gaps in underserved communities through education, mentorship, and teamwork.

As a Volunteer Program Instructor, you will:

• Develop engaging and structured learning content (video + written notes) based on provided lesson outlines.
• Collaborate with our team to create age-appropriate lessons in areas such as:

• Directly support the growth and development of learners in EMEA.

This role is a flexible, part-time volunteer position that requires approximately 2-3 hours of work per week.

We are seeking individuals who possess:

• A strong passion for education, technology, or youth development.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed subject areas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development.
• Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and environments.
