Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager - part-time

A leading international restaurant group is seeking a Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role is 3/4 days per week with 1 day onsite in North London.

Responsibilities

• Manage data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify trends and flag these to leadership for follow-up.
• Collaborate with the People Team to update the case management system to better capture investigation data.
• Ensure integrity of data collected by different staff members and teams.
• Find creative solutions to handle data existing in multiple environments. Present findings to leadership on a monthly basis.
• Experience with Power BI (Power Business Insights) and a high level of Excel knowledge (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) is highly beneficial.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and reporting for HR or People/People Analytics contexts is preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong data governance and accuracy skills across multiple environments.
