Location: London – Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our RPA and AI transformation programme. The successful candidate will define programme strategy, ensure projects are aligned with business goals, and manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and change management expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee programme strategy for RPA and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects within the programme, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple project teams.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on programme progress, risks, and benefits realization.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of RPA and AI solutions across the business.
  • Identify and mitigate programme-level risks and dependencies, ensuring long-term sustainability of solutions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging automation and AI capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing large-scale RPA and/or AI initiatives.
  • Strong ability to align projects with business strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in budget management, resource planning, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment – 2 days onsite in London.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital transformation programmes within large or complex organizations.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and enterprise-level portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Experience in change management methodologies and driving adoption of new technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and AI technologies.
