The Role

A program manager is our network partners’ technical partner at Gigs. You will help carriers plan, coordinate and successfully launch with Gigs. The role blends technical, strategic and operational work. You may partner with Product on critical features blocking a country rollout, scope and coordinate API implementations with some of the world’s largest carriers, and drive initiatives across multiple teams.

Network Implementation sits within the Connectivity organization, but the role collaborates across Product, Engineering, Growth, and partner teams. You will scope new features, provide ongoing feedback, and serve as the main point of contact with our largest carriers as they develop further.

What you will do

• Deliver network implementations. Own each API integration, scope and deliver a tailored implementation for each MNO.
• Key technical contact. Collaborate with networks engineering and product teams to integrate and advise on product development paths.
• Project management. Manage a portfolio of complex implementations using tools like Linear, Smartsheets, Asana or equivalent. Define milestones, track progress, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Product Management. Work with Engineering and Product to design feature sets for new markets and collaborate with carrier partners to build features for customers.
• Cross-functional coordination. Align Growth, Connectivity, Product, and Engineering with clear goals and roadmaps to drive execution.

What we are looking for

• You have 5+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company, with experience in high-growth, product-led environments and complex API integrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality: take ownership and move projects forward while keeping the team informed, especially in remote settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain progress.
• Fluency with data: comfortable using analytics tools to prioritize features and demonstrate impact.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn telecom and network integrations and understand partner needs.
• Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
