Programmatic AdTech Manager | £45K-£60K DOE | hybrid, London

The Company
Our client is a leading digital media business with a massive online audience and a high-growth commercial operation.

They operate across multiple channels including display, video, and CTV, and have strong relationships with 40+ SSPs. The team is lean, fast-paced, and collaborative - with a big focus on revenue-driving innovation and internal progression.

The Job

• Manage and optimise programmatic monetisation across display, video, and CTV.
• Own relationships with SSPs - ensuring strong performance, minimal leakage, and commercial alignment.
• Work with a managed Prebid wrapper and oversee header bidding integrations.
• Configure ad setups for site launches and troubleshoot delivery issues across all formats.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Yield, Sales, Dev and Editorial teams.
• Own backend ops including ads.txt and the CMP platform.
• Feed into larger ad tech projects - including site migrations and tech rollouts.
• Contribute to a high-performance culture and identify new opportunities for revenue growth.

You

• Publisher-side programmatic experience (essential - agency-only backgrounds not considered).
• Confident managing SSP relationships and technically troubleshooting integrations.
• Hands-on with GAM or similar ad servers.
• Familiar with Prebid, TAM, video player setups, and general programmatic infrastructure.
• Analytical, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple internal teams.
• Strong attitude, team fit, and ambition are as important as experience.
