OverviewThe purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Display campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate advanced understanding of Programmatic technology and the wider digital ecosystem, building relationships with key partners by being a key contact point in creating new opportunities for activation.Support, train and mentor the Programmatic Account Executives and/or Programmatic Account Managers in delivering all campaign planning and implementation.Showcase the ability to build, manage, optimise and troubleshoot varied Programmatic campaigns that span the marketing funnel, utilising market-leading DSPs.Be comfortable and confident manipulating large data sets to pull out meaningful insights for clients against their KPIs.Utilise exceptional communication skills to liaise with the internal team, forge close bonds with existing clients and develop frameworks for emerging programmatic channels.Support the account leads and/or the wider agency leadership team with projects as required, including new business pitching, presentations, B2B product development and award entries.Own commercial practices including invoicing, spend delivery, investment and margin management to help drive the profitability of the department.Qualifications + SkillsStrong programmatic activation experience and ideally good experience across multiple programmatic channels.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.Experience using industry standard ad serving/buying tools such as Amazon, DV360, Trade Desk, Meta, Amazon and Google Analytics.Exceptional knowledge of the market both locally and globally, and the role that programmatic display plays within the digital ecosystem.High degree of numeracy and literacy.Detail oriented with first class analytical skills.What We OfferThis is a Fixed Term Contract role.The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
