InvestIN's mission is to bridge the gap between school and the workplace. Our 1-2 week immersive experiences provide an understanding of career paths for 15-18 year olds through interactive simulations, site visits, seminars, networking sessions and career coaching.

We have a global reach with students from many countries attending our Summer programmes, and our team offers a comprehensive training programme to develop skills in programme design, event delivery, stakeholder engagement and youth engagement.

The Role

The Programme Associate plays a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering career-focused programmes and events for young people. This role combines creativity, organisation and public speaking to ensure programmes are inspiring, relevant and smoothly executed. The Programme Associate is responsible for creating high quality content, liaising with industry professionals, managing budgets and logistics, and delivering events both online and in person.

Key Duties

Programme Design & Content Development

  • Research, design, and develop programme content tailored to specific careers.
  • Regularly review and update course resources to reflect current industry trends and global developments.
  • Ensure content is engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to align content with organisational goals and values.

Programme Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver and facilitate programmes both online and in person.
  • Act as a host ensuring sessions run to time and students are engaged.
  • Deliver briefing calls with staff and speakers.
  • Visit schools to conduct assessment workshops, represent the organisation, and engage with students.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Plan and manage programme budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor expenditure to avoid overspend while maximising value.
  • Order and manage resources, equipment, and materials required for programmes.

Logistics & Venue Coordination

  • Research, evaluate, and book suitable venues.
  • Liaise with operations team to confirm requirements (room setup, AV, etc.).
  • Ensure logistical arrangements support smooth programme delivery.

Speaker & Partner Engagement

  • Shortlist, interview and hire speakers and programme assistants, and support with intern assessments.
  • Book speakers, industry professionals, and external facilitators.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with speakers and ensure they are briefed.
  • Coordinate speaker schedules and provide support before, during, and after events.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

  • Monitor the effectiveness of programmes through participant feedback and outcomes.
  • Review and refine delivery to continually improve programme quality.
  • Contribute to evaluation reports and data analysis where required.

Innovation & Creativity

  • Stay up to date with industry and career trends to ensure content remains relevant.
  • Introduce creative immersive changes to programmes.
  • Seek out innovative delivery methods to enhance participant engagement.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work with sales, customer service, marketing, and international teams to ensure programme success.
  • Provide programme insights to other teams to support student recruitment and customer experience.
  • Support colleagues during peak delivery periods as needed.

Compliance, Safeguarding & Risk Management

  • Ensure activities comply with safeguarding and health & safety policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments for events and venues.
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing for all participants and staff.

Person Specification

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with speakers, schools, and partners
  • Programme/event planning and delivery (in person and online)

Details of the Role

  • Location: Dukes House, 58 Buckingham Gate
  • Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri). Some weekend/evening work may be required with advanced notice and time off in lieu.
  • Working Location: Hybrid. Offices in Victoria, Central London. July-August on-site in London.
  • Salary: £27,000
  • Contract: Permanent full-time with 6 month probation
  • Additional: Visa sponsorship not available
  • Start Date: October 2025
