Job Title: Programme & Change Execution Manager

Location: London

Business Area: Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) KYC Operations

You will be part of a central program management team to develop and oversee the execution of critical transformation initiatives, partnering with business, technology and central program leadership teams. You will support the successful delivery of the transformation of key KYC processes and controls across technology, operations and other infrastructure on time.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide portfolio management and oversight for a complex and varied set of programmes and projects as part of the Central Programme Management team
  • Support Program Leads to develop detailed delivery plans and execution approaches
  • Provide effective delivery assurance by tracking delivery milestones, spend and benefits delivery
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigating actions across the programme
  • Set up and run processes to enhance overall delivery success of the portfolio
  • Coordinate and prepare key governance updates including upwards reporting to programme operating and steering committees and central forums
  • Discover and demonstrate ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of delivery with strong risk management
  • Track programme goals and key performance indicators to measure success
  • Prepare materials to support regular and ad-hoc senior executive communications and regulatory engagement as required
  • Actively manage stakeholders to ensure close collaboration across business, infrastructure functions and technology and with related investment programmes
  • Lead a small team of PMO / Portfolio Managers

Your skills and experience

  • Experience across Programme and Portfolio management in Transformation
  • Ideally, experience in Operations / KYC / Client Data within a Banking institution
  • End-to-End Agile experience in large-scale technology delivery in financial institutions is preferred
  • Experience in a Management Consulting or in-house Transformation team is desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple and often competing tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams
  • Track record of a proactive, can-do attitude within a wider team
