Role Description
The role of a programme coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of all programme-related events. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract role. Responsibilities include understanding SEO London programmes and the relevant industry, liaising with students, young professionals and client/partner firms to run, organise and market events, and using data to report impact. You will work with programme managers and other coordinators to recommend changes to enhance the participant experience. You will also ensure a seamless and professional level of customer care to all participants.
Accountabilities
- Day-to-day delivery of events: manage administration of all participant events, ensure exceptional student communication, coordinate stakeholders, post roles on opportunities page and weekly newsletter.
- Student management & query handling: manage participant relationships, understand needs, resolve issues, improve communication and events, manage programme inbox where applicable, mentor and support CV and recruitment preparation, attend campus events, and organise mentoring/buddy allocations.
- Quality assurance: ensure GDPR-compliant handling of event and participant data, and run CRM reports to track events.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (any discipline).

- Database experience and data analysis

- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to create documents, manage data, and run analyses
