The Role:

Hampshire County Council’s new Economy and Skills Team, within the Hampshire 2050 Directorate, are seeking a permanent Programme Co-ordinator (Quality). This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified professional with a supported employment or training and quality background to join our highly successful and professional team.

We have robust quality assurance processes in place to ensure audit and contract compliance to achieve the funding being claimed on our Connect to Work project. Providing support to up to 100,000 people nationally, it’s a key part of the government’s Get Britain Working strategy to tackle economic inactivity.

A key responsibility of this role is to support and maintain robust quality assurance processes and audit procedures across all 2050 Skills & Employment contracts, driving continuous improvement. You will ensure that all delivery partners understand and implement the quality and audit requirements of their respective contracts, in line with relevant guidance such as Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Additionally, you will monitor and support providers in meeting the standards of quality frameworks, including the Fidelity Assessment.

What we’re looking for:

We offer a flexible, motivating and inclusive workplace. We have created an environment that you can look forward to being a part of, where you are empowered to be your best and a workplace built on teamwork where people can grow and develop in their roles.
