What you'll do
- Lead and manage high-quality flexible workplace and construction projects with the Head of Projects & PMO, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high colleague satisfaction, meeting sustainability targets and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace team, Accommodation Strategy & Commercial, third-party professionals, and internal teams (Service, IT, Broadcast) to understand and align project requirements with Sky's workplace strategy.
- Maintain project governance by managing the Project Process, Toolkit, and Tracker, ensuring transparency and adherence to best practices in project management and workplace design.
- Lead change management efforts related to projects, ensuring workplace schemes are well understood and effective for colleagues.
What you'll bring:
- Proven project management and team leadership experience, with knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work.
- Deep understanding of UK construction legislation, regulations, and safety standards, including commercial aspects.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and creative abilities to motivate teams and drive solutions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- A passion for workplace and construction, with a focus on transforming concepts into reality and creating environment that boost productivity and user experience.
- Degree related to Workplace, Construction, Surveying, or Project Management, with progress towards a professional qualification (e.g., RICS, APM, ARB, or equivalent).
