An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead to join our Defence Aerospace business in Bristol.
In this role, you will report directly to the SVP Infrastructure and will support the delivery of our infrastructure works and projects, including business management, business reporting, risk and integrated master schedule. You will be delivering on the requirements against UK MOD programmes of work.

What you will be doing:
- Lead on the establishment of the required control accounts needed to manage the Capital Works budgets, including the required SAP management
- Flow down the relevant budgets and Coupa orders for the internal and external supply chain teams
- Prepare the required internal and external cost reporting deliverables, including actuals versus budget and deltas from baseline
- Develop and report appropriate Earned Value Management and associated financial and schedule metrics
- Integrate Package Order changes into the Control Accounts and report deliverables
- Work with the Project delivery leads, prepare and report the infrastructure integrated master schedule, highlighting critical path and key dependencies.
- Lead the risk identification and risk management process for the Capital Works contract.
- Provide the risk information required to support Package Order applications and on-going review.
- Provide the required information for the Capital Works Operational Reviews and internal reporting requirements.
- Support change management activities.

- Prior experience of working within a programme and a project governance structure.

- Knowledge of UK security regulations and the principles of security management is preferable.

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade SNBG 7 - 10.

This role will require you to hold a minimum Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Ideally, you will be willing to progress to a Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. To start, Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work.
