Overview

Programme Lead (Goals, Missions and Business Improvement). Fixed term (12 months maternity cover). £45,855 a year. London, E15 2GW and working from home. Start date: 27 October 2025, with a one week handover. Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW and working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on implementing Scope’s new ways of working to achieve social change and support the delivery of the organisation’s strategy.
  • Work with cross-functional groups to support strategic delivery, designing and running workshops to develop strategy and plan activity.
  • Manage cross-team groups to translate strategy into delivery; develop sessions, set objectives and collate insights.
  • Foster continuous learning and improvement by running retrospectives, gathering feedback, and establishing mechanisms for learning and improvement.
  • Report findings and influence key stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
  • Provide leadership to ensure agile methods are embedded and help others adopt and adapt these practices.
  • Contribute to an inclusive work environment by valuing diverse voices and collaboration.

About you / Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with experience leading complex programmes that create social change.
  • Strong project or programme management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
  • Experience with agile ways of working and helping others use them; open to testing ideas, learning from failure, and improving how we work.
  • Ability to set up processes that support learning, ongoing improvement and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Commitment to Scope’s values and contributing to a fair and equal future for disabled people.
  • Collaborative, inclusive approach that respects diverse voices and experiences.
