Job Title: Programme Manager - Tech & Innovation (Quantum & Digital Twins)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £33,000 - £43,000 per annum based upon experience plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to work across our established Digital Twins and Quantum technologies programmes. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, members, decision makers, civil society, and other stakeholders. You will engage in activities such as events, briefings, research, stakeholder management, and policy development to grow our influence in these emerging tech areas. Your work will help ensure our company's voice remains relevant, credible, and impactful in policy discussions and industry debates.

Key Responsibilities:- Enhance the company's influence on quantum and digital twin technologies through active participation in UK tech communities and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop a programme of activities to showcase the value of these technologies to members.
- Lead the creation of technology-specific reports and policy recommendations.
- Promote programme content via insights, social media, and PR activities.
- Maintain and grow the membership base relevant to this programme.
- Coordinate with other teams for press coverage, events, and marketing initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and written content creation.
- Ability to develop a compelling narrative across various platforms and events.
- Responsibility for key activities with accountability for outcomes.
- Willingness to learn about new technologies and develop relevant expertise.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Research, data presentation, and report writing skills.
- Experience in hosting webinars or events.
- Programme management or related experience.
- Developing technology-based policy and reports for diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder engagement with industry and government.
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of UK political structures and experience working with government bodies.
- Knowledge of Digital Twin and Quantum technologies.
- Experience in the tech or IT industry.
- Responding to public consultations.
