You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary environment, developing and assuring integrated schedules, engaging with the supply chain, and supporting performance reporting. By helping to identify risks and opportunities, drive efficiencies, and provide clarity, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring successful project outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Partner with supply chain teams to assure contract compliance of schedule deliverables.
- Build, maintain, and assure integrated schedules that drive alignment with project goals.
- Track and report on progress, providing accurate updates, variance analysis, and forecasts.
- Support month-end reporting cycles with timely, high-quality data.
- Facilitate workshops, peer reviews, and supplier engagement sessions.
- Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to highlight interfaces, risks, and mitigations.
What you’ll bring
Essential
- Experience in a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Solid scheduling expertise, including Primavera P6.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confidence building schedules from first principles and reviewing supplier submissions.
- Understanding of schedule hierarchy, integration, and change control.
- Familiarity with NEC or FIDIC contracts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, project management, or related field.
- Knowledge of QSRA, design processes, and CDM.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Membership of APM, AACE, PMI or similar (with certifications).
- Experience using Power BI and other reporting/analytics tools.
- Nuclear sector experience.

Requirements and Location
- Full right to work in the UK
- Hybrid working with 2–3 days on site (London or Suffolk)
