What we need, in a nutshell:
We’re looking for a Central Operations & Programmes Executive to make sure our operational initiatives don’t just launch – they stick. You’ll help turn strategy into action, supporting parks with rollout, training, and practical implementation.
From creating clear briefing packs to process adoption and system changes, this is a hands-on, delivery-focused role at the heart of how we operate.

What you\'ll be doing:

- Coordinate and drive operational initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and embed successfully across parks.
- Create clear communications and briefing materials to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Support park with hands-on implementation of new systems, processes, and policies.
- Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues, helping remove barriers to successful delivery.
- Manage timelines and actions, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability across teams.
- Maintain operational calendars and updates, keeping park teams aware of upcoming initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Central Operations and park teams to support joined-up working and smooth rollouts.
- Provide additional delivery support as needed, stepping in to keep initiatives on track.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
- Educated to a good level, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to parks.
- Experience in fast-paced operational or support environments and multi-site or field-based organisations.
- Skilled in project coordination, business change implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable messaging.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work, track actions, and follow through.
- Confident using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and comfortable building simple dashboards or trackers.
- Proactive, delivery-focused, and resilient, able to take initiative and stay solution-oriented under pressure.
- Collaborative and people-minded, able to work across matrix environments, influence without authority, and uphold integrity.
- Curious and improvement-focused, constantly seeking ways to simplify, clarify, or enhance operational processes.
It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential if you have experience in the leisure and hospitality sector.
