Project Administrator - Built Environment Consultancy (London / Hybrid)
Location: London (min. 4 days in office)
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
An award-winning, interdisciplinary design and consultancy group is seeking a Project Administrator to support the smooth delivery of high-profile, sustainability-led infrastructure projects. As Project Administrator, you'll work closely with both the Project Delivery and Central Teams, supporting commercial, compliance, and financial processes across large and small projects. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating subcontractor onboarding, and ensuring compliance in line with project and client requirements.
On Larger Projects:
- Assist with ERP input (fees, billing schedules, resource planning)
- Support accurate timesheet and subcontractor reporting
- Prepare invoices and expenses
- Maintain up-to-date trackers and compliance documents
- Ensure audit-ready project filing and record keeping
On Smaller Projects:
- Provide hands-on support across project setup and compliance
- Monitor and input subcontractor documentation (IR35, H&S)
- Manage timesheets and financial documentation
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Prior experience in project support or admin, ideally in engineering, architecture, or construction
- Experience using ERP systems (Rapport3 or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
- High attention to detail and excellent numeracy
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- £35,000 salary
