Architect (Permanent) - London based - Immediate Start

A well established architectural firm in Central London is actively looking to grow their team due to continuous growth. They are actively looking for an Architect to join them on a permanent basis to help with their commercial and retail side of the business.

Location: London

Salary/Rate: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

The role focuses on contributing to the commercial and retail projects within the practice. Specific responsibilities are not listed in the original description beyond supporting design and delivery across RIBA stages and related disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience on all RIBA stages, with a slight focus to stages 3+
• Experience working on commercial office spaces and retail is admirable but not essential
• Excellent use of Revit expertise, AutoCAD competencies
• Strong knowledge of current legislation, building regulations and planning
• Mixed architectural project experience (experience on the above sectors would be highly admirable)

Logistics

The role would offer a hybrid model of 3 days per week with immediate starts. Interview slots this week and next.
