Overview

A design led architectural practice, specialising in high-end residential bespoke architecture, has a vacancy for a Project Architect. You will be working on homes in affluent areas of North West London, with typical contract values ranging from £500K to £1M. Their design philosophy incorporates light, nature, spatial and sensory elements (neuroarchitecture), to not only create beautiful homes but also to enhance the lives of those who will live there.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a running Architect, technically competent at the delivery stages, and adept at project co-ordination.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work on high-value, bespoke residential projects, often around an existing home; some projects start with demolition and a blank canvas.
• Utilise AutoCAD in the delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong high-end residential portfolio for one-off homes.
• Experience working from inception to completion.
• Ability to work from inception through to completion, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
