Context
SYSTRA are looking to expand our Signature Team in the UK, working on high profile infrastructure projects such as HS2 and Trans-Pennine Upgrade, we are building on our 50 years of success in the UK by growing our team and looking for passionate people to deliver projects across our portfolio.
We are now seeking to strengthen and grow our Engineering team in London, by recruiting an experienced Project Controls Manager on a permanent basis to lead our Reporting and Data team on a major infrastructure project.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of experience within the Civil Engineering/Transportation/Infrastructure sectors.

Missions/Main Duties
- Define and ensure regular update of the Reporting section of the Project Controls Execution Plan.
- Responsible for ensuring the HS2 Performance Measurement Cycle is fully understood by all project stakeholders and KPI’s developed to monitor compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the HS2 Performance Measurement Update are updated and provided to HS2 using the correct format and templates.
- Responsible for ensuring continual improvement and innovation in terms of reporting techniques and reporting.
- Meet all deadlines with regard to report submissions for both internal and external reporting.
- Lead the review of the contractors reporting (weekly & monthly) and production of the Construction Partner reports.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to elicit, capture and analyse reporting requirements, and map these to fit-for-purpose reporting solutions that support project objectives and decision-making.
- Experience of administration and reporting within large complex environments within the construction and engineering industry.
- Demonstrable team management experience
- Experience in producing project dashboards and reports
- Broad Project Controls understanding of core disciplines Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management & Risk Management
- Good understanding of Power BI
- Good understanding of data management practices
