Location: London, Stable Street (Coals Drop Yard, near King\'s Cross Station)

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.50 hours per week. Flexible hybrid working, home and office, with the occasional travel overseas

Main Duties

  • Support the seamless administration and delivery of complex development programmes in challenging environments.
  • Assist with research and business development activities, including expert recruitment, partner engagement, and proposal drafting for a diverse set of clients.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, multinational team, gaining hands-on experience and insights into international development.

Aptitude and skills

  • Driven by a passion to create meaningful change, ideally with some exposure to international development through internships, volunteering, or work experience.
  • Eager to deepen your understanding of economic growth, private sector development, infrastructure, climate resilience, land governance and business environment reform in developing countries.
  • An outstanding communicator in English (both written and oral), comfortable working across cultures and global teams.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, numerate, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to travel internationally to support programme delivery, as and when required.

Qualifications

  • A graduate (Master\'s degree preferred) in international development, international relations, economics, agriculture, engineering, or related fields.
