Exceptional opportunity for a well-educated Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to support a driven and highly successful Associate. The role requires first-class written skills for creating documentation and proofreading on behalf of the Director, along with building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and able to think on their feet to stay one step ahead.

The Project Coordinator / EA should possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities while remaining calm and focused. Strong communication and document production skills are essential, along with excellent relationship-building abilities, initiative, and pace.

The EA / Project Coordinator acts as a strategic partner to the Executive, coordinating activities within the internal team and balancing the needs of clients and candidates. Extensive client and stakeholder contact requires the ability to understand project details thoroughly for success in this role.

Key Project Coordinator / EA duties:

  1. Oversee the process for each mandate and ensure all steps are on track
  2. Proactively manage the team’s efforts to advance assignments/projects
  3. Inform the team of critical updates related to client expectations or candidate pipeline
  4. Schedule all business-related meetings, calls, and interviews
  5. Manage communication and documentation with clients and candidates
  6. Create, edit, and format all client-facing documents
  7. Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to ensure high customer service levels
  8. Serve as the external liaison between Executives, clients, and their extended teams

Key skills:

  1. Proactive problem solver with strong business judgment, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  2. A university degree from a respected institution is preferred; strong A-levels or equivalent will also be considered
  3. Recent experience as an EA / Project Coordinator within professional services
  4. Strong EA / Project Coordination experience
  5. First-class written English skills, including document production and proofreading
  6. Proven relationship-building skills with high-profile clients
