Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Hybrid)

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (DoE)

A leading technology solutions provider in Bridgwater is looking for a Software Implementation Project Coordinator to support their growing client base and play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful project outcomes.

Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration or coordination experience who wants to develop into a hands-on project delivery role. You’ll provide essential support across software implementation projects, handling documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication between internal teams and clients. Over time, you’ll be given more responsibility for managing tasks and projects directly, making this a great stepping stone into a career in project management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, or project support.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both clients and internal teams.
• A proactive and detail-focused approach to work.
• Interest in building a career in software projects and delivery.

Desirable

• Exposure to software, IT, or technology environments.
• Experience with project management tools or methodologies.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Prince2 Foundation, Agile awareness) are beneficial but not essential.
