The opportunity

With a rapidly expanding portfolio of acute care and healthcare projects, my client is now looking to bring on board a seasoned Project Director to join their thriving Leeds team. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead from the front, shaping the delivery of major healthcare programmes, guiding a skilled team of Project Managers, and taking the reins on key client relationships.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be a driving force behind best-in-class project delivery, championing quality, governance, and performance across every stage. You’ll also play a strategic role in the ongoing growth of the healthcare division, helping to win new business, strengthen client partnerships, and cement the consultancy’s position as a go-to expert in the sector.

What we’re looking for

You’ll either be an experienced Project Director or a Senior Project Manager ready to take that next big step. With a solid track record in healthcare construction and consultancy settings, you’ll bring both the technical expertise and strategic insight needed to lead complex projects with confidence. Commercially sharp, a strong communicator, and an inspiring leader, you’re someone who knows how to deliver real value for clients while motivating teams to perform at their best.
