Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking high-calibre leaders to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects and programmes. This role is based in London (hybrid working pattern depending on client requirements) with collaboration across London and the South-East region. It offers opportunities to contribute to growth, mentor future project managers, and advance within an inclusive, engaging culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery across a broad range of infrastructure projects and programmes through all lifecycle stages, across public and private sectors (e.g., Aviation, Highways, Rail, Environment, Utilities).
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, advisors and clients on high-value, complex and politically sensitive programmes; set strategy and challenge delivery where appropriate.
  • Establish and monitor health and safety standards; apply CDM knowledge; act as duty holder where applicable.
  • shape future business direction, drive innovation and sustainability, and identify future needs to address challenges with proactive strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and push for growth while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and industry partnerships; learn from cross-industry trends and apply insights to projects.
  • Coach, mentor and develop others; cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and ensure succession planning.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities across clients and partners.

Qualifications

Beneficial Experience:

  • Experience with complex procurement and NEC/other contract forms.
  • Experience managing contractors, consultants and advisors on infrastructure projects across sectors.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments; consultancy and/or client-side project management.
  • Familiarity with public sector organisations and sustainability considerations in projects.

Preferable Qualifications:

  • Degree in management, construction or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional affiliation with APM, ICE, or equivalent; project management certifications (APM/PRINCE2/MSP/MoP/ChPP).
  • NEC accreditations or qualifications; CSCS or equivalent; sustainability and safety qualifications; leadership certifications.
