Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and execution phases of the Sizewell contract, building strong relationships and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement robust delivery plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote a strong nuclear safety culture through training and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project profitability and financial tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and client guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • SHE qualification (NEBOSH, SHE NVQ 5, etc.).
  • Proven track record in delivering high-value construction projects.
