Petrofac is seeking a Project Management Consulting Contractor for a 12-month contract based in Aberdeen, UK.

The role is outside IR35, and we invite Limited Companies to engage.

JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING - CONTRACTOR (12-Month Contract)

Scope of Services:

Services to be supported during the contract include:

• Act as project management focal point with authority within project parameters
• Interact regularly with project sponsors and stakeholders
• Develop project management strategies for effective delivery
• Facilitate creation of budgets, work breakdown structures, estimates, and plans
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management on contracting strategies
• Coordinate and assist in resolving conflicts and issues
• Enable collaboration between project engineers and delivery teams
• Participate in planning and provide input for engineering, procurement, and construction phases
• Perform assigned project tasks independently
• Support project delivery by ensuring adherence to the Project Execution Plan and risk management processes
• Maintain communication with engineering, construction, and commissioning leads
• Support digital enhancement of delivery methods
• Ensure effective use of Petrofac Project Management Processes

• Project performance metrics
• Productivity and efficiency reports
• Project updates and summaries

• Risk and opportunity registers

• P6 schedules
