The Senior PMO Role

As the Senior PMO, you will be responsible for providing expert-level PMO analyst services and your primary duties will include:

• Assisting in the management of projects, ensuring all required documentation is produced and maintained
• Supporting functional workshops and taking minutes to record outcomes
• Removing blockers and supporting continuous development and testing activities
• Providing training and handover to integrate new processes and procedures throughout the organisation
• Producing, updating, and maintaining a range of project deliverables, including reporting packs, risk and issues logs, project plans, and more

To excel in this Senior PMO role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in a Senior PMO analyst or similar position, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to apply appropriate controls for coordinating and planning design and build activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to act as a point of contact and escalation for design and delivery teams
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain project plans in accordance with the company's framework
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to work across different departments and teams
