About the Project Team (Qual):

Our Project Management team is crucial in delivering high-impact customer engagements and executing expert network projects smoothly. We serve as the link between customers, experts, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring projects meet timelines and research objectives. We focus on connecting customers with relevant experts efficiently, maintaining quality, speed, and impact. From bidding and onboarding to project closure and repeat business, we manage the entire project lifecycle and contribute to customer account growth.

We seek an experienced people manager for a team leadership role in our Project Management team, for a fixed-term maternity cover (~12 months).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a few smaller customer relationships and oversee their projects end-to-end: from RFQ response and internal recruitment to vendor management and final resolution, ensuring overall account health.

  2. Lead an international team of Project Managers: oversee ~50 accounts across various customer types (including corporates and capital markets) through weekly 1:1s and team meetings, align team with KPIs, and drive process, operational, and performance improvements.

  3. Report directly to the COO and collaborate with cross-functional leadership: keep the COO updated, resolve conflicts independently, engage with third-party vendors, and work closely with teams such as Quant PM, Network Development, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Compliance & Legal, Finance, and Tech to advance the business.

  4. Operational Improvement: continuously develop and refine workflows to ensure top-tier delivery.
