Project Manager (AI & Automations) - 12 month FTC at iamproperty. Hybrid role working 2 days per week in Newcastle-based Head Office.

iamproperty is building a diverse team to transform the property industry. We focus on solutions across CRM, auction, compliance, onboarding and conveyancing to give agents choice and control. We currently work with over 6,500 UK Estate Agency branches and our team collaborates across product, technology, operations and sales to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of AI, automation, and efficiency-driven projects across the business
  • Managing platform enhancements, primarily in SaaS solutions such as NICE CXOne
  • Supporting key stakeholders through vendor and tooling assessments, evaluating commercial models, implementation capabilities, and potential delivery risks
  • Working closely with architecture and product SMEs to assess solution alignment and identify overlaps, ensuring proposed tools complement existing platforms
  • Managing large suppliers throughout delivery and implementation, fostering strong vendor relationships and addressing issues confidently on behalf of the business
  • Collaborating across teams including product, technology, operations, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, stakeholder updates, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Driving user acceptance testing, change management, and post-go-live support
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to data governance and security standards

Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering complex AI, automation, API or SaaS integration projects, ideally including CX platforms such as NICE CXOne
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor and tooling assessments, from evaluating commercial models and delivery capabilities to identifying implementation risks and functional overlaps
  • Skilled in managing large suppliers, particularly in SaaS environments, and confident engaging with senior third-party stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers, architects, and product SMEs to ensure solution alignment with existing platforms
  • Familiarity with automation and RPA tools (e.g. Zapier), AI/ML concepts, and chatbot frameworks
  • Relevant qualifications like PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable but not essential

This is a hybrid role working 2-days per week in our Newcastle-based Head Office on a 12-month fixed term contract.
