Package: Starting from £49,830 (dependent on suitability, qualifications, and experience)

Role overview:

We seek an adaptable Project Manager to oversee building services within a nuclear facility. You will lead a team of skilled professionals to meet project timelines, monitor progress, manage delivery partners, and ensure delivery adheres to cost, quality, and safety standards. This role offers opportunities for growth and skill development within a dynamic environment, contributing to AWE’s critical mission within a matrix team to ensure project success.

Desired candidate attributes:

• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably with an engineering background.
• Commercial acumen with knowledge of NEC4 contract management.
• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
