Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our team.

If you’re super organised with a pragmatic but thorough view of project governance and love getting stuck-in driving change then you might just be the one.

You’ll work with the Change Lead and Analyst to complete our POD team, working with clients to deliver transformation projects.

This role would suit someone who is a true PM at heart but enjoys working as part of a multi-skilled team - you’d be running workshops, creating materials and making recommendations alongside driving the approach, managing the plan and keeping us all on track.

Essential experience:

-5+ years project experience in any capacity, 2+ as a PM

-5+ years financial services experience (ops or change)

The ideal candidate would:

-Be an absolute whizz with 365 tools

-Enjoy taking the lead and using their initiative

-Be comfortable with stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation – be the go-to person for questions, bouncing ideas around and getting stuff done or just a listening ear and a cup of tea

-Be excellent at retaining and imparting knowledge in a way that brings clarity to a situation

-Have a skill for asking the right questions to gain a deeper understanding

-Have a great ability to connect the dots - understanding the implications of new information and the impact of decisions being made

-Have experience in Advice, Asset Management or Platform

-Have operational change / Target Operating Model experience

We’re a small consultancy who have been operating for over 6 years. We’ve worked with some big names in the finance industry to redesign their op models, deliver change and execute strategy. We have a people first approach to change and that applies to our team too, you’d be welcomed to the team with a robust onboarding plan designed to get you into the swing of the role quickly but without overwhelm. And we strive to create a highly supportive team environment day to day. That means daily walk & talk meetings, fortnightly Mission Control meetings and regular 1-1s as a few examples.

We usually work with advice networks, platforms, asset managers & Life Cos based in the U.K. so travel will be required.
